Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment must be received before orders are shipped.

Shipping

We ship to addresses across Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items.

Limitation of Liability

PrimeDay Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
